Сomplex Аntioxidant for Tread Tire Rubbers

Abstract

The paper investigates the properties of a complex antioxidant, the protective actions of which are implemented by a preventive mechanism and a mechanism that breaks the oxidation chain. The complex antioxidant was obtained by encapsulating an alloy of the main three ingredients with a shell of white carbon black and zinc oxide in a ball mill. It is noted that the complex antioxidant has additional functional properties of an activator and a dispersant, is able to ensure the withdrawal of some ingredients from the elastomeric composition recipe, and its use may become appropriate when used in almost all tire rubber compounds.
